Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase or gift from the Penn Museum Shop. If for some reason you are less than completely satisfied, please let us know. We will gladly accept returns for refund if the item is in like-new condition within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt or order number. If you would like to exchange an item, we can do that too.
